ANCHOVIES IN PRESERVE
Anchovies are a semi-preserve and so they have a limited duration, because they are not sterilized like
sardines, tuna, etc.
Heat is their worst enemy. So they must be kept in the freezer at +4*C to 12*C temperature,
especially in warm weather.
Recommendations.
1) Store the merchandise in cool places not more than 12*C.
2) Do not buy more than will be consumed in two months.
3) Do not put in the sun or near heat.
All our tins have date which indicates till when they can be consumed.
