ANCHOVIES IN PRESERVE

  • Anchovies are a semi-preserve and so they have a limited duration, because they are not sterilized like sardines, tuna, etc.
  • Heat is their worst enemy. So they must be kept in the freezer at +4*C to 12*C temperature, especially in warm weather.


  • Recommendations.

    1) Store the merchandise in cool places not more than 12*C.
    2) Do not buy more than will be consumed in two months.
    3) Do not put in the sun or near heat.

  • All our tins have date which indicates till when they can be consumed.
